    1. This prize includes two nights bed and continental breakfast in a twin/double room for 2 at the Cedar Court Grand Hotel & Spa in the heart of York. Supplements will apply for upgraded room types.

    2. A £500 shopping Spree at York Designer Outlet with your own personal shopper is also included in the prize 

    3. The prize also includes  return rail travel to York for 2.
     
    4. 2 day Yorkshire passes will be issued which allow FREE entry to over 40 top York attractions for the duration of the visit.2 day Yorkshire passes will be issued which allow FREE entry for 2 people.

    5. The winning entry will be the drawn at random.

    6. The prize is non transferable and there is not a cash alternative.

    7. The judges' decision will be final.

    8. Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.

    9. This competition is not open to Visit York, Designer Outlet or East Coast employees.

    10. Any personal data submitted with consent will be kept by Visit York, Designer Outlet and East Coast for the purpose of sending our newsletter and mailings and will not be shared with any other third party.

    11. The closing date is 30th November 2011.

    12. The winner will be contacted after the closing date by a member of staff from the Visit York Marketing Team.

    13. The winner can take the prize anytime before 31st March 2012.
