York Conference Guide 2008

Don’t miss your chance to be included in next year’s York Conference Guide! York Groups Guide 2008/9

We are now working on the 2008/9 York Groups Guide.  The groups market is an important element of tourism in the city and recent research shows that the majority of travel organisers preferred a brochure as their initial method of contact.  A recent questionnaire sent out to 1000 recipients of the 2007 York Groups Guide indicated 65% of respondents were planning to bring a group to York in the next twelve months.  In each case, the guide was found to be invaluable in the planning of their trip.  The groups market is continuing to grow at a steady rate with York seen as the ultimate all year round destination.

Because the British Travel Trade Fair is very early next year, our production deadlines are extremely tight.  Therefore, please complete and return the applicable below form no later than Wednesday 12th December.  You will be invoiced at the end of February 2008.  If you wish to be included but have difficulty meeting this deadline, call Sue Frumin on 01904 554437.
