Established in March 2011 by Now & Then Events, ‘York Does Vintage' is a truly fantastic and lively vintage event like no other, Located in the charming 14 century St William's College. Saturday 3rd December sees the launch of York Does Vintage @ CHRISTMAS which will be as beautifully vintage as it will be festive and warming - combining the old world glitz with possibly THE BEST vintage tearoom the UK fair scene has to offer, with festive winter soup, turkey sandwiches and exquisite Christmas cupcakes .

If crafting is your thing then you'll love the bunting workshops - rummage though a selection of vintage fabrics, buttons and haberdashery to produce festive bunting to hang with your stockings over the fireplace. Budding starlets can be transformed into stunning vintage goddesses at the beauty parlour and nail bar, before donning their vintage find and heading to the next Christmas party. York Does Vintage is also home to ‘York's Clothes Swap', which is a thrifty and environmentally friendly way to get a whole new wardrobe, which is proving to be a lot of fun for York residents!

Whether you are after affordable vintage dresses for the Christmas party scene or an original, impeccably stylish vintage outfit 'York Does Vintage @ CHRISTMAS' is for you. With a great mix of both trend-lead and era inspired traders YDV is a perfect event for students, tourists, families and vintage enthusiasts - promising you THE perfect Christmas vintage gem!

£1 entry for adults and ONLY 50p for students with 15% going to the Alzheimer's Society.
