United Nude opens first ever outlet at McArthurGlen York

Avant Garde architectural shoe brand, United Nude, whose celebrity fans include Lady Gaga, Keith Lemon and Paloma Faith, has now opened the doors to its first ever outlet store at McArthurGlen’s York Designer Outlet.

Following the successes of its stores in fashion capitals London, Amsterdam and New York, footwear innovator United Nude is branching out and has chosen McArthurGlen York as the home for its first outlet.

Founded by Dutch world-renowned architect Rem D. Koolhaas, whose designs are known for elegance and innovation, United Nude are now sold in over 40 countries. Combining architecture and fashion, the brand offer unique and ultramodern styles for both men and women.

Collections at the new store will include four lines from the United Nude’s AW13 range:

  • Main Collection –
    With an emphasis on strong styles with futuristic design and high performance materials such as high shine metallics and soft, supple leathers
  • Ultra Collection –
    A runway inspired collection with unique designs and superior leather uppers
  • Hybrid Collection –
    Innovative technology transforms traditional shoe styles with a modern mix of leather and rubber
  • Menswear Collection–
    Classic design shoes updated with a colour pop sole, exclusively engineered to be as comfortable as sneakers

The opening adds to the growing line-up of leading brands that have chosen McArthurGlen, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets to enter the outlet market, including Lulu Guinness and The Kooples.
