News Release - Issued by Filmore and Union
Traditional afternoon tea has been given a healthy new twist this week, as Filmore and Union launch their nutritious Afternoon Tea menu, which comes complete with freshly-squeezed ‘health shots’.
Filmore and Union, known for their focus on fresh healthy food, have developed a unique offering, allowing the health conscious a chance to indulge in afternoon tea without compromising on taste.
The Filmore and Union afternoon tea features three tiers of delicate home baked cakes and scones topped with fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt, an assortment of savoury canapes and nutritious freshly-juiced health shots.
Customers with intolerances are catered for too, as Filmore and Union have also created an alternative 100% gluten-free afternoon tea. And if you want to indulge in an afternoon tipple as well as your tea, then Prosecco is the perfect accompaniment to the canapes and cakes!
Filmore & Union opened its first branch in York in early 2012
Founders Adele Ashley and Executive Chef Will Pugh, who previously owned Wellness Clinics locally, spotted a gap in the market for extremely healthy food that tastes great.
Filmore & Union cater for people with food intolerances and dietary requirements
