‘The Gallery’ at The Black Swan Presented with 3 Rosettes

On Monday evening, at a dazzling Black Tie AA Hospitality Awards Ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, The Black Swan, Helmsley were presented with a 3 Rosette Award for ‘The Gallery’ Restaurant.

This award recognises exceptionally high level of cuisine and as such is awarded to only ‘outstanding restaurants that achieve standards that demand recognition well beyond their local area’ according to AA guidelines.

The AA ratings scheme is recognised as one of the leading indicators of quality both by consumers and those in the hospitality industry; criteria includes the dishes, the ingredients and their presentation, as well as the ambience and standard of service too, so it is most comprehensive.

Last night Paul O’Hanlon complimented the team of Chefs saying:
‘We have a kitchen brigade second to none here, I am so proud of the way in which the whole kitchen team have worked tirelessly and with confidence to retain continuity at such an incredibly high standard. I am really so grateful and last night’s presentation was testimony to the whole hotel team.’

‘The Gallery’ restaurant has a dual function, being an art gallery as well. Diners, both guests at the hotel, and non-residents, can enjoy the ambience of the stylish modern décor, highlighted with original works of art.
