Enjoy the Screen Arts Festival in York - 26/07/2011

Great news for those visiting York this August and September, the City Screen Picturehouse in York will be hosting a great festival that will showcase a huge variety of arts performances and cinema showings. The Screen Arts festival will be taking place during the 29th of July and the 11th of September and is expected to draw huge crowds with its diverse range of public performances with everything from Opera to dance to theatre and film premieres.

One of the Highlights of the screen festival will be the showing of the acclaimed CGI documentary ‘Flying Monsters' along with a live satellite question and answer session with the writer and star Sir David Attenborough.

Aimed at bringing a diverse and fresh catalogue of events and performances to the county, York's Screen Arts Festival is bound to be a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
