Aldwark Manor is celebrating after the recent AA Hospitality Awards ceremony when QHotels won the AA Eco Hotel Group of the Year award and the Aldwark Manor themselves received a Silver GTBS award thanks to a project spearheaded by Raymond Faster - their very own green team champion.

 

The award reflects QHotels' continued commitment to sustainability through green initiatives across its collection of 21 carefully nurtured and unique hotels. These programmes have led to reduced energy consumption, improved awareness across the group, increased use of local and sustainable products and support of local and national worthwhile causes.


QHotels have saved 2,747 tonnes of CO2 through their energy-saving schemes, raised almost £100k towards Asthma UK and generated £126k in conference enquiries that have requested to offset the carbon used during their event with QHotels.

     1. This prize includes One Night Dinner, Bed and Breakfast stay for 2 people. Supplements will apply for upgraded room types. Subject to availability.
    2. The winning entry will be drawn at random.
    3. The prize is non transferable and there is not a cash alternative.
    4. The judges' decision will be final.
    5. Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.
    6. Any personal data submitted with consent will be kept by Visit York and Aldwark Manor Golf and Spa Hotel for the purpose of sending our newsletter and mailings and will not be shared with any other third party.
