- Site inspections – We can arrange appointments for you at all the venues you are interested in and show you around both the venues and the city
- Preparation of bid documents – All the support you need to bring your event to York.
- Delegate accommodation service – For large events or ones held in non-residential venues our dedicated accommodation booking team can co-ordinate accommodation for all your delegates on a block or individual basis.
- Incentives and partners programmes – We are just as happy to recommend ideas for the social elements as the business side of your event.
