Close by the river and just a short stroll to the Minster, Tree Tops is a City Centre located Grand Victorian York Townhouse with high ceilings, period charm and a free car park for our guests.

We have Double, Family and Single rooms, some with Minster views, all are en-suite with showers, central heating and constant hot water. Our twin room has a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are in rooms along with flat screen digital TV's. Free wireless internet ia also available on request. Clean towels are provided and ironing facilities are available. We offer 24 hour access to rooms, which are clean, bright, and comfortable and maintained to a high standard. A wonderful, home cooked breakfast is served each morning in our dining room. If preferred you can choose something lighter or a vegetarian alternative.
