Our second property, 9 Foss House, is located a few minutes walk from Cloisters walk. It is a well appointed ground floor; two bed room flat in a modern, private development situated within walking distance of the city centre with its own private parking and the use of shared gardens. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances and the lounge has sofas and digital TV with both video and DVD players. In the bedrooms there are fitted wardrobes and linen is provided. The bathroom has both bath and power shower and towels are provided.

Both properties are available for weekly and short term rentals with the week commencing on Saturday, arrivals accepted after 1:00pm and departures by 10:00am.

For Cloisters Walk:
Leave the A64 at the roundabout with the A1237 and at the next roundabout take the exit for the A1036 (Malton Road). Continue until you reach the roundabout with the inner ring road (you will see the Brigadier Gerard Public House on the corner) and take the first exit and move into the right hand lane. Follow the road around the corner, passing the exits for the supermarket and take the first exit to the right (do not follow the main road when it turns to the left) onto St Maurice's Road. Cloisters Walk is the next road on your right.

For Foss House:
Foss House is located on the corner of Lowther Street and Huntington Road. Leaving the City Centre take the A1036 (Monkgate) and at the roundabout with Foss Bank take the first exit onto Huntington Road, take an immediate left turn onto Park Crescent. At the top of the road take a right and right again onto Lowther Street. Parking is situated to the left hand side of the flat.
