The cottage is a comfortable, stylish three bedroom detached barn conversion with its own garden and fruit trees. Situated a short drive along a quiet country lane, where you can take a walk along leafy lanes straight from your front door. Just 5 miles from York City centre.

Stylishly decorated kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. The cottage has three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. There is a ground floor bedroom arranged with either twin beds or king size, adjacent to shower/wet room. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. NEW - Upstairs family bathroom. Complimentary wifi.
